The Louisiana Education Consortium (LEC), a collaborative effort of Grambling State University, Louisiana Tech University, and University of Louisiana at Monroe, offers Ed.D. degree programs in Curriculum and Instruction and in Educational Leadership. The programs are designed for P-16 school personnel, including teachers and administrators. Graduates possess the knowledge, skills, attitudes and other competencies necessary to fill leadership roles in P-16 settings.
